Alan E. Vogelsang Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alan E. Vogelsang (Syracuse, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Vogelsang and Mildred Vogelsang; and his siblings, Letrice Morgan (Thomas), Lee Vogelsang (Loretta), Marlene Venton (Charles), Neil Vogelsang and Keith Vogelsang.
He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Kristin Vogelsang, Matthew Vogelsang (Sara) and Eric Vogelsang (Laura); his grandchildren, Margaret and Griffin; his brother Jerry Vogelsang (Elizabeth); and his siblings-in-law, Robert McMahon (Colette), Richard McMahon (Lindy), Michael McMahon (Mirian) and Geraldine Vogelsang. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or St Jude Children's Hospital.
