He is survived by: his wife Sally Kellogg Collins of Syracuse; his stepchildren, Brian Kellogg of Syracuse, Cathie Rogers (Kurt) of Hubbardsville and Rosemarie Sullivan of Morrisville; his siblings, Dora Smith (Carl), Ronald Collins (Donica), Ralph Collins (Robin), Morris Collins (Tammy), Olin Collins, Benjamin Collins (Nancy), Philip Collins (Gail), Calvin Collins (Joann), Kevin Collins (Janice) and Linda Noble (Edward); and his sister-in-law Deirin Collins. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
