He was predeceased by: his grandfather Raymond D. Kelly, Sr.. He is survived by: his son Kasper T. Kelly; his girlfriend Bryonna Cousineau; his parents, Raymond D. Kelly Jr. (Jennifer Wood) and Tonya Kelly; his grandmother Judith E. Ryan (Richard Ryan); and his siblings, Raymond D. Kelly III (Melissa Rossi), Megan Kelly-Olan (Jennifer Kelly-Olan), Kimberly Kelly, Matthew Kelly, Jordan Kelly, Tyler Kelly and Greyson Kelly. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomas J. Pirro Jr. Funeral Home (3401 Vickery Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212).
