He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Tracy-Dias; and his parents, Rose Dias, and Anthony Dias, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Dias (DeStephano); his children, Lisa M. Dias of Syracuse, Anthony Dias, III of Syracuse, Michael Dias of Syracuse, Jeremy Annachino of Syracuse and John P. Dias of Syracuse; his brother John Dias (Carmella) of Syracuse; and his adoptive son Cliff Furbeck, Jr. (Ninj). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one nephew.
