He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Dr. Kimberly Cole Olsen (David), Tracy Sala (Lawrence), Jodi Schwedes (Scott) and Andrew; his grandchildren, Bailey (Natalie), Allison, Molly Cole, Danielle Phillips (Brandin), Lauren Ilacqua (Joseph), Dr. Luke Sala (Alexandra), Michael and Erica Schwedes; his great grandchild Brooke Ilacqua; and his brother Joseph. He is also survived by his brothers/sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Le Moyne College: the Armand J. Cincotta, MD '57 and Joan M. Cincotta '88 Scholarship Fund, Catholic Charities, Hospice of CNY or Emmaus Ministry.
