It is with sadness that the passing of Brian Timmins (Syracuse, New York) is shared. Brian, born on July 15, 1948, passed away on August 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Timmins and Helen Timmins (Keefe). He is survived by: his children, Scott Timmins (Tracy), Laurie Sloane (David), Michael Sweeting (Heather), Kimberly Davis (John) and Meghan Pessagno (Pete); his grandchildren, Rachael (Brennan), Abigail, Benjamin, Noah, Theo, Ellie, Carson, Scarlett, Caden, Bryce, Lily, Bennett and Henry; his great grandchildren, Braxton and Benson; and his siblings, John (Rose), Edward (Helen), Michael (Judy), Kathleen and William (Bernadette). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Edward J. Ryan Funeral Home (3180 Bellevue Ave, Syracuse, NY 13219). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's of the Lake (3825 Jordan Rd, Skaneateles, NY 13152).
