He was predeceased by: his parents, William Evans and Alice Kauth Evans; and his children, Timothy, Gregory and Christine.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Gorney; his children, David (Valerie), Jeffrey (Bridgette) and Lauren (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Luke, Jake and Ashley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
