She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert V. Aylesworth and Loretto Aylesworth (Bowes); her husband Paul C. Wojcikowski; and her siblings, William Aylesworth and Kathleen Aylesworth.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Milligan (Hal) of Liverpool, Robert Wojcikowski (Gloria) of Pennellville, Mike Wojcikowski (Amy) of Liverpool and Tom Wojcikowski (Michelle) of Carthage, NY.; her grandchildren, Kaci Goebbel (Aaron), Abby Schroder (Rob), Mallory Douglas (Juwan), Jennifer Gardner (Laura), Stephanie Wojcikowski, Ian Wojcikowski, Aiden Wojcikowski, Konrad Wojcikowski (Adalee), Jordis Wojcikowski and Brodie Wojcikowski; her great grandchildren, Silas, Paige, Mason, Elliot, Whitaker, Magnolia and Gavin; and her brothers, Vince Aylesworth and Paul Aylesworth (Katie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked for donations to be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Carol's name.
