It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles E. O'Hara of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Hara and Clara O'Hara; and his wife Peggy. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Kate) of Charlotte, NC, Megan of Syracuse, NY, Maureen (Matt) of Burlington, VT, Matthew (Bridget) of Syracuse, NY, Molly of Syracuse, NY, Mark (Holly) of Philadelphia, PA and Patrick (Colleen) of Syracuse, NY; his grandchildren, Brayden, Madison, Elouise, Emmett, Oscar, Liam, Declan, Maggie, Milo, Charlie, Cecilia and Seamus; and his siblings, Pat and Sally. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tindall Funeral Home (1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse, NY 13204). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Patrick Church (216 N Lowell Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204).
