He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Millious and Charles F. Millious; and his siblings, James Millious, Joan Mattes (Jack), Mary Muhl (Tom) and Theresa Ellis.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Jerry Ellis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and five great-great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. (1604 Grant Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13208). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
