He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, August Polge and Mary Polge; his siblings, Louis, Julien and Mary Louise; and his grandson Andrew Guelfi.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck (Robin) of Onondaga Hill, Mark (Cindy) of Charlotte, NC, Christen Fetterly of Camillus and Michele Provo (John) of Camillus; his grandchildren, Michael, Audrina Fetterly, Jessica Lowe (William), Carly Polge and Gavin Provo; and his brothers, Albert of Stuart, FL and Alfred (Shelly) of Syracuse. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Buranich Funeral Home (5431 W Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Most Holy Rosary Church (111 Roberts Ave, Syracuse, NY 13207). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at the St. Mary's Cemetery (4100 E Genesee St, Syracuse, NY 13214).
