She was predeceased by: her father Donald Schramm Sr.; her son Riley Sawyer; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Schramm. She is survived by: her mother Judie Schramm; her boyfriend Kevin Lavin; her daughter Margaret Smith (Cody Flick); her siblings, Don Schramm, Meghan Wilson (Paul) and Greg Schramm (Tammy); and her grandson Caden Flick. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Cindy's name to the Francis House in Syracuse, New York who provided her loving care in her final moments.
