She is survived by: her children, Lauri Heath (David) and Christopher Adams; her sister Elizabeth Bartlett; her grandchildren, Hillary, Kelsey and Audra; and her great grandchild Henry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
