Craig Kerr Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Craig Kerr of Syracuse, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Craig departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Craig may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Craig leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Kaye Kerr and Ruth Fite Kerr; and his brother David Kerr of Maryland. He is survived by: his children, Kaye Kerr (Jake Balcerzak) and James Craig Kerr; the mother of his children Darlene Kerr; his grandchildren, Alana and Lochlan Balcerzak; and his brother Charles Kerr (Gudrun Rice) of Colorado. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
