He is survived by: his wife Amy Cook (Sauer); his son Mason Cook (Erin Willey); his grandson Morgan Cook; his sisters, Kathleen Chappini (Tom Chappini) of Delaware, Christine (Archung) and Sawicki (Bob Sawicki) of Texas; and his in-laws, David, Darlene Sauer, Danny Sauer, Kathy Mulcahy-Sauer, Ellyn Sauer and Karen Ward (Sauer). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many remarkable friends.
