He is survived by: his daughters, Ava MacBlane of Charlottesville, VA and Anna MacBlane of Richmond, VA; his sisters, Lorrie LaDuke of Syracuse and Ellie; his brother-in-law Gary Manchester of Easton, PA; his nephews, Matthew Manchester (Monica) of Easton, PA and Michael Manchester of Willow Grove, PA; his former wife Lauren Surprenant of Frankford; and his friends, Chaz Featherstone and Kenneth Frehm of Syracuse.
