It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn R. Billings of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on April 15, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her parents, Sandra St and James St (Dennis Sr.); her children, Heather and Torri Billings; her grandchild Jayla Kelly; her husband David Billings; her siblings, Matthew St (Shannon), Agnes St (Dennis) and Christine Papineau (Mike); and her pet Tyson.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home - Syracuse (4612 S Salina St, Syracuse, NY 13205).
