He is survived by: his wife Linda Casey (Poulin); his children, Tammy, Kayla, Carrie, Donna, Donald Jr. and John; and his in-laws, April, Christine, Catherine, John and Ed. He is also survived by grandchildren, his great-grandson and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. (1604 Grant Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13208).
