Jackson (Syracuse, New York), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sisters, Delores Hill, Lela White, Belle White and Mildred White; her daughter Constance; her husband George Jackson; her son Shannon Jackson; her stepdaughter Sharon Willette; and her daughter Ericka. She was also cherished by Her grandchildren blessed her with many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Because of her positive volunteer contributions to her neighborhood and city, August 8, 2016, was dubbed "Doris Jackson" Day in Syracuse, NY.
