She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmen Avella and Luigia Avella (Capilongo); her husband Michael Angelo Iacampo; and her siblings, Dora Mutone (Vincenzo), Mario Avella (Antoinetta), Rosa Caporaso (Clemente), Giovanna Napoletano (Nicola), Carmela Santaniello, Maria Avella and Amedeo Avella.
She is survived by: her daughter Catarina Walter (Michael); her grandson Michael Jr.; her sisters, Assunta Moricone (Nino) and Clara Grasso (Antonio); her siblings-in-law, Franco Santaniello, Mario Iacampo and Theresa Findley; and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor her memory by donating to Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church, the Francis House, or simply by sharing a meal with those you love.
