He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Amanda. He is survived by: his significant other Janet E. Pizon (Irwin); his daughters, Christine, Leann, Nadine Lisa and Jennifer; and his stepdaughter Jocelyn. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
