It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eileen A. Oot of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Dwyer (O'Brien) and Dennis Dwyer; her brother Mike Dwyer; and her daughter Elisabeth Oot. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Oot and Jessica (Nat); and her brothers, Tom (Anne) and Mark Dwyer (Sandra).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Fairchild & Meech DeWitt Chapel (3690 Erie Blvd E, Syracuse, NY 13214). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Holy Cross Church (4112 E Genesee St, Syracuse, NY 13214). A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
