We bid farewell to Eleanor (VanHorn) Pollock of Syracuse, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 23, 2026 at the age of 69. Eleanor touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell VanHorn and Ardell Webster; her sister Carole Jovan; and her stepfather Marshall Webster. She is survived by: her significant other Art Gladstone; her daughters, Jill Andrews of Syracuse and Katie Andrews (Scott) of St. George, UT; her grandchildren, Dave, Alec, Evan, Lane, Eliza, Kellan, Milly Bea and Vada; her stepchildren, Emily Gladstone (Jeremiah Turits) of Northampton, MA and Daniel Gladstone (Samia Ullah) of Astoria; and her sisters, Barbara Giarrosso (Bill) of Liverpool, Susan Linehan (Dave) of Washington and Shirley Hunter (Jeff) of Georgia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
