She is survived by: her parents, Alexis J. Culotti (Kuberski) and Jesse D. Culotti; her sister Lydia Culotti; her grandparents, Marie Trichilo-Kuberski, Joseph Kuberski, Eileen Culotti and George Fox; and her great-grandparent Jerry Trichilo. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital.
