He is survived by: his former wife Ada Ortiz; his children, Ernesto Ortiz Jr., Andro Ortiz Sr., Edward, Margarita Ortiz and Jennifer Klock; his grandchildren, Veronica, Simon, Emilio, Andro Jr., Giovanni and David; his great grandchildren, Lillyanna, Mikey Jr., Nylechka, Samantha and Chyanis; his siblings, Edith Ortiz and Rafelito Ortiz; and his niece Griselda. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (705 N Main St, Syracuse, NY 13212). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
