She was predeceased by: her parents, Rebecca Harvey and Marcus Perry; her former husband Charles Evans; her siblings, Jimmy Allen, John Henry Stephens and Alma Jean Lopez; her nephew Fredrick D. Winston; her great-nephews, Morgan B. Minor and Haki Nkrumah, Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Louis Robertson and Earnest Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Freddy L. Perry Sr., Sabrina Amlett (James) and Octavia J. Evans; her grandchildren, Felicia, Freddy Jr., Grace, Malika, Raheem, Maria, Javier and Jereena; her great grandchildren, Jadah, Josiah, Luke, Micah, Matteo, Giuseppa, Isaiah, Ellis, Kaden, Adream, London, Emori, Valerie Rose, Leah, Jaxson and Sevyn; and her sisters, Bertha Robertson, Peggy Robertson, Doris Wyley (Wayne) and Bernice Hill-Hickey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the CNY food bank in Stella's honor.
