He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Carelli (Pucello) and Frank Carelli, Sr.; and his siblings, Mary Ann Lasinski, Ralph Carelli and Michael Carelli.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa "Missy" (Czarny); his children, Lisa Romeo, Laura Carelli-Lobo (Christopher), Maria Carelli and Frank Carelli III (Carrie); his sister Francine Carducci (Robert); and his grandchildren, Cecilia Lobo, Sophia Lobo, Amelia Romeo and Christian Romeo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
