He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Frani and Rose Frani; his wife Joan; and his brothers, Joseph F. Frani, Phillip J. Frani and Louis J. Frani.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth C. Frani (Lee Kresge) and Carolyn Frani; and his grandson J. Maxwell Zirkman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
