He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Pallotta and Connie Pallotta of Shaughnessy's Pub. He is survived by: his children, Chris Pallotta (Jen), Tricia Barsuaskas (Ken), Jill Welsh (Matt) and Frank Pallotta Jr. (Maria); his sister Lori Pallotta; his grandchildren, Lucas, Zachary, Everett, Weston, Cooper, Carter, Cayden, Wyatt and Briggs; his sister-in-law Colleen Pallotta; his nephews, John and Nick Pallotta; his niece Kristi Carroll; and his friends, Brian "Mugsy" McGraw and Antoinette Pallotta.

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Peter Church (301 Ash St, Syracuse, NY 13208). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frank's name may be made to his grandkids' CNS lacrosse booster club or CNS soccer booster club and/or the American Cancer Society.
