With profound sadness, we say goodbye to George Giehl Evertz (Syracuse, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Evertz and Jennie Evertz; his brother Emil Evertz Jr.; and his wife Sally Hogan Evertz. He is survived by: his children, Charlene McGraw (Edward), Johanna Higham (Eric), George T. Evertz (Michele), Sara Evertz (Jim McCarthy) and Laurie LeFever (Neil); and his grandchildren, Katherine McCook, Samantha Connell, Erin Kaufmann, Mark Evertz, Elizabeth LaRochelle, Chad Evertz, Emily Cummo, Jenny Panella, Jessica Higham, Kelley Crawford, Ian LeFever, Noah LeFever, Jacob LeFever and Zoe LeFever. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
