He is survived by: his mother Katye Askew; his son Jovante Askew of Troy, NY; his siblings, William, Mark Askew of Syracuse, Jon Mosley of Auburn, NY, Connie Askew of Syracuse, Zina Chandler (Roosevelt) of Syracuse and Paula Straughter of Syracuse; his aunts, Bertha Bradford of Syracuse, Allean Reese of Auburn, AL, Godsisters, Jackie Bean, Faye Williams, Godbrother and Elder Timothy Williams; and his brothers, D. Butler, D. Cove, E. Shirley, K. Ector, L. Carlos and Roy B.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
