He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Bogart and Margaret Bogart (Denny); his siblings, David, Nelson, Sidney "Dennis" Bogart, Elaine Lalonde and Gloria Staie; and his pets, Max, Cooper and Ruby.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his children, Stephen Gordon (Danielle Yerden) of Brier Hill, Lisa Bogart (Peter Harringan) of Ogdensburg and Susan Bogart of Rome; his stepchildren, Colleen Ashley (Chris Sharlow) of Norfolk and Patrick Ashley of Ogdensburg; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jaedyn, Abby, Kaitlin, Erica, Graci, Trista, Sydney, Ava and Ayres; his siblings, Michael Bogart (Judy) of Auburn and Karen Fifield (Carl) of Ogdensburg; and his pet Missy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home (528 Franklin St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Gordie's memory may be made to the St. Lawrence Valley SPCA.
