He was predeceased by: his brothers, Thomas and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Michele Sanford (Steve), Monica Burrows (Jerry) and Matthew Bull; his grandchildren, Brandon Burrows (Alicia), Alicia Mae Burrows, Justin Burrows, Shane Burrows (Samantha), Jordan Bull, Stephen Sanford and Alaina Sanford; his great grandchildren, Blake, Bryce, Grace and Addison; and his sisters, Pamela Bowen and Melanie Burke (Bob).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family, who will direct them to Dave's favorite charitable organizations in his honor.
