She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Machanic and Helen Pina. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Haynes; her grandchildren, Josalynn E. Cole and Kieghlin Hicks; her great grandchild Zyla Marie Hunter; her brother Harold "Chaney" Simmons (Cynthia) of Hackensack, NJ; her niece Tamika "Chocolate" Graves; her nephew Terrance "Pumpkin" Lawrence; and her goddaughter Nakia Pettiford.
