He was predeceased by: his sister Evelyn Shure; his mother Ida Rose Brownstein; and his father-in-law Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his sons, Barry and Scott; his daughters-in-law, Lindalee Brownstein and Georgia McCabe; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Gross (Mike), Elisabeth Ertas (Seymen), Christine Arndt (Jake), Gary Brownstein (Megan Southern), Katie Knostman (Tom) and Daniel Brownstein (Pamela). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Adath Yeshurun Cemetery.
