She is survived by: her husband Donald Dulasky Sr.; her daughters, Dawn Nicholson (Chris) and Darlene Pocs (Darren); her grandchildren, Devin, Davis Hoydic, Sevanah Dulasky, Brendan Pocs, Jay and Britany Vong; and her siblings, Susan Russo (Mike), Judy Wolfe (Robert), Patricia Dillon (Tom), Cathy Monet (Pete), Sherry Bird (Dave), George and William Rogers (Rose). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Jeannette's honor to The Kidney Foundation.
