Joan M. Snyder Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan M. Snyder (Syracuse, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Carl Shepardson and Johanna Shepardson; her son Michael Snyder; and her brothers, G. James Shepardson and Thomas Shepardson.
She is survived by: her caregiver Joan; her daughters, Linda Wysocki (Chester) and Lori Ward (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Jason Wysocki, Kristen McConaughey, Matthew Wysocki, Stephanie Edwards, Kaitlin Howard and Colleen Fleming. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
