He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foley and Irene Foley; and his siblings, James "Jimmer" Foley Jr., Thomas F. Foley, James C. Priano Jr., Joanie Kowalski and Sally Scalzo.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Adydan); and his siblings, Elia McClusky of Solvay, Michael O'Mara of Georgia and Mary Ellen "Mimi" Scouten (Tim) of Fulton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and many close friends.
