He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Neuser and Margaret Neuser (Randall); and his brother Robert F. Neuser. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Neuser (Julie), James Russo (Jennifer) and Amy Brown; his grandchildren, Zachary, Alex Neuser, Olivia Matthews, Jacob, Joshua and Joseph Russo; and his siblings, Mark Neuser (Cindy), Christine Loman (Paul) and Mary Beth Cumming (James). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the St. Daniel's Church (3004 Court St, Syracuse, NY 13208). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
