With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Perkins Bennett (Syracuse, New York), who passed away on December 3, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Michael; and his siblings, Karen, Michael and Peter. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Bennett (Kelly); his daughters, Erin Ganley (Dan) and Caitlin Zimmerman (Eric); his grandchildren, Caroline, Danny, Niamh and Nora; his brother Kevin Bennett (Barb); and his siblings-in-law, Todd Garris, John Kelly, Paul Dolan (Shary), Jim Kelly (Katie) and Ellen Dolan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made, in John's name, to Empower Parkinson, Inc. or St. Patrick's and St. Brigid's Church.
