We bid farewell to John E. Trainham (Syracuse, New York), born in Waddington, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 21, 2026 at the age of 70. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Pete" Trainham and Audrey Trainham (Nugent); his sister Sharon; his brother-in-law Richard Gregory of Watertown; his nephew Peter Gregory; and his brothers-in-law, Daniel Ruscyzk and Edward Doring, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Trainham (Doring); his siblings-in-law, James Doring (Trish), Donna Berry, Patty Rusczyk and Rosemary Hamm (David); his uncle Joseph Ashley of Farmington; and his friends, George Donie and Dan Daddario. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
