We bid farewell to Josephine T. Barnello (Syracuse, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 30, 2025 at the age of 91. Josephine T. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fiumara and Carmela Fiumara (Sgroi); her husband William; her grandson James Anthony (Tony); and her great grandchild Theodore.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Piacquadio (Dominick), John Barnello (Jeanne), William Barnello, Jr. (Maribeth), Marie Barnello (Angelo), Joseph Barnello (Kristine) and Michelle Camobreco (John); her grandchildren, Dominick (Brandy), Stefanie, William (Bethany), Joseph (Megan), Brittany, Madeline (Clayton), Lorenzo and Josephine; and her great grandchildren, Dominick III, William IV, Arianna, Liam, Rehanna, Oliver, Noah, Amelia, Wells and Clayton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Thomas J. Pirro Jr. Funeral Home (3401 Vickery Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Josephine's memory may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or Hospice of CNY.
