She is survived by: her children, Theodore "Ted" T. Smith, Stephanie Perna (Daniel), Stephen F. Smith, II and Shannon A. Smith; her grandchildren, Ashley Zimmerman (Mark), Christian Krupa and Jacob Krupa; her great grandchildren, Emma Grace Zimmerman, Veda Tahira Zimmerman and Annie Mary Zimmerman; her sisters, Jean Hooge and Nancy Golden; and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Nesspor, Christine Helmer, Margaret Wallingford, Constance Henry and Anthony Smith.
