She is survived by: her husband Charles William Scutt; her children, Eileen Elizabeth (Scutt), Ballard (Rod Ballard) of Fairfax, VA, Joseph Robert Scutt (Angelica Mellina) of San Diego, CA, Susannah Grace (Scutt) and Postgate (Farley Postgate) of Syracuse, NY.; her grandchildren, Julia Eileen and Charles William Postgate of Syracuse, NY.; her siblings, Michael Parker of Annapolis, MD, Kevin Parker of Washington, D. C., Terrence Parker of Silver Spring, M. D., Timothy Parker of Silver Spring, MD, Belinda Raminhos (Parker) of Germantown, MD, Moira Parker of Silver Spring, MD. and Robert; her sister-in-law Sarah Scutt (Waite) of Rochester, NY.; and her close friends, Lucy Luckey, Kathy-Stinson Phillips, Ian Phillips, Amy Owens Martin, Sam Costa, James Schults, Deantha Torrence, Annemarie Procopio (Stenner), Erin Deaver, Tim and Lisa Upton.
