It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Lucille Tormey of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Tormey and Catherine Tormey Jr.; and her brothers, Gregory Tormey and Judge James C. Tormey III. She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Malley and Sharon Michaels (William); her siblings-in-law, Arthur Malley and Susan Tormey; and her children, Sean Malley (Ashley), Ryan, Erin Malley, Andrew Tormey (Kelly), Colleen Tormey, Lindsey Michaels (Neal Purcell), Mallory Michaels, Lauren Monroe (Colin) and Gregory Michaels (Jeri).
In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing might consider a donation to Make-A-Wish CNY, Most Holy Rosary Church or B and R Bunkhouse dog shelter.
