She was predeceased by: her parents, Kay Aubrey and Zenon Dzierwa; her brother Zenon James; and her husband Robert Thomas Slade. She is survived by: her children, Joan Gillette (Bryan) and Jack Slade (Francine). She is also survived by her four grandchildren.
