She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack A. Cook Sr. and Phyllis M. Cook; and her brothers, Mark and Jack A. Cook Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Erin McGurk (Gordon) of Syracuse, Ryane McGurk (Bubba) of Solvay, Keaton McGurk of Syracuse and Sidney McGurk of Solvay; and her sister Lisa M. Adour of Camillus. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
