He was predeceased by: his wife Corrinne Ford. He is survived by: his son Warren (Marybeth); his grandchildren, Teresa (Eric), Michael (Kim), Brittany, Danielle (Andrew) and Max (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Gabbie, Gia, Gracie, Emily, Ben, Cecilia, Mollie and Elijah.
