He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret O'Hara (Peg) and Francis O'Hara (Jeff); and his nephew Stephen O'Hara. He is survived by: his siblings, Peg, Jim, Mike O'Hara and Mary Holland (Bill); his cousin Tom Murray; his nieces, Kate Carlson, Colleen Casler and Hannah Peterson; and his nephew Graig O'Hara.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Farone & Son, Inc. (1500 Park St, Syracuse, NY 13208). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (1515 Midland Ave, Syracuse, NY 13205). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at the St. Agnes Cemetery (2315 South Ave, Syracuse, NY 13207).
