He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn and Electa; and his siblings, Robert James Perrigo (Bobby), Glenn Leland Perrigo and Beverly Electa Gunderson.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sister Sally J. Brisson (Perrigo); and his children, Kelly Nevi, Kevin Perrigo Jr. (Courtney), Keith Perrigo (Sara), Kerry Davies (Robert) and Kristin Henrich (Justin). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
